This policy explains how Open House App collects, uses and shares information when you use our website, openhousesheet.com, and our web app, including the digital open house sign-in, StageVibe, ShowVibe and AI Location Insights.

Agent accounts. When you create an account we collect your name and email address, and your password or Google sign-in. We also store what you add to your account, such as profile details, your listings and open house settings, and the headshot you choose to save to your profile.
Open house visitors. When a visitor signs in at an open house hosted with our web app, we collect what they enter: name, email address, phone number, how they heard about the open house, whether they work with an agent, answers to the agent’s custom questions and their email preferences. This is saved on the device used at the open house and in our secure cloud database, so the hosting agent can view and export it and so we can send the follow-up emails the agent turns on.
Photos and details you give our AI tools. Room photos you upload to StageVibe, property addresses you enter for AI Location Insights, and photos of yourself you upload to ShowVibe (see below).
Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
Usage and device information. We use Google Analytics to understand how pages are used, such as pages visited and buttons clicked. We count how many AI tries you have used to apply free limits and plan allowances, and we store a device identifier in your browser for this. ShowVibe uses your approximate location (city and ZIP code, provided by our hosting company) to pre-fill a ZIP code you can change.
Room photos and listing addresses are sent to Google’s Gemini AI through Google Cloud to create staged images, property descriptions and neighborhood talking points. Spoken narration is created with Google Cloud Text-to-Speech. Staged images you save are stored in your account.
We use these service providers to run Open House App. They process information on our behalf to provide their services:
We do not sell personal information. Agents own the visitor leads they collect. We do not sell or share visitor contact information with other agents or advertisers.
The web app stores some information in your browser’s local storage, such as your sign-in session, open house sign-ins waiting to sync, your settings and a device identifier. You can clear this in your browser settings.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing corporealpartners@gmail.com. Visitors can unsubscribe from follow-up emails at any time using the link in the email.
Open House App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
