This policy explains how Open House App (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares information in WeekendVibe: the Android app, the iPhone and iPad app, and the WeekendVibe web page at openhousesheet.com/weekendvibe. WeekendVibe helps parents find places where young kids get in free.

Account information (optional). If you create an account or sign in, we collect your name and email address. If you sign up with email, your password is handled by our sign-in provider and we never see it. With Sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture link with us. With Sign in with Apple (iPhone and iPad), Apple shares your name the first time you sign in and your email address, or a private relay address if you choose to hide your email. Your WeekendVibe account is the same account as OpenHouseSheet.com, and we record that you signed up through WeekendVibe.
Saved places. Places you save are stored on your device. If you are signed in, we also store each saved place (its name and an identifier) with your email address, so your list stays in sync between the apps and the website.
Location. With your permission, WeekendVibe uses your device’s location (approximate or precise, your choice) to sort places by distance and to show your position on the map. This happens on your device: we do not send your location to our servers or store it. You can use WeekendVibe without sharing your location; distances are then measured from Grove St PATH in downtown Jersey City.
Your child’s age. The age group you pick (for example “Under 2”) and your other settings are stored only on your device. We never ask for your child’s name, birth date or any other information about your child.
Technical information. When WeekendVibe loads place information, photos, map images or sign-in pages, the servers that provide them receive your IP address and basic device and browser information, as with any app or website. Our hosting provider keeps this in standard server logs for security and troubleshooting.
Web page analytics. On the WeekendVibe web page only, we use Google Analytics to understand how the page is used, such as pages visited and buttons clicked. The Android and iPhone apps do not use analytics.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that run WeekendVibe for us, and only as needed to provide their service:
Map providers receive the part of the map you are viewing and basic device information so they can show map images, and they handle it under their own privacy policies. When you tap Directions, WeekendVibe opens your maps app (for example Google Maps, Apple Maps or Waze) with the place’s address; what you do there is covered by that app’s privacy policy. When you tap Share, your phone sends the place to the app you choose.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and of Open House App.
In the app, open Account → Delete account. This deletes your login and your saved places right away. You can also email corporealpartners@gmail.com from the email address on your account. See how to delete your WeekendVibe account for details.
Because the account is shared with OpenHouseSheet.com, deleting it also removes your OpenHouseSheet.com sign-in. If your account has a Pro plan or open house listings, the app asks you to email us so we can take care of your subscription and listings first.
Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under local law. To use any of these rights, email us and we will respond as the law requires.
Information is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to account data is limited by database access rules, and passwords are handled by our sign-in provider and never stored in plain text. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, but we work to protect yours.
WeekendVibe is made for parents and other adults planning outings with young children. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and we will tell you in the app or by email about significant changes.
