For the Pro/Elite web version, the sign-in sheet works offline once loaded — visitor data saves to the device and syncs to the server automatically when you reconnect. You do need internet to initially load the page and to use AI features (virtual staging and location insights). Using your phone as a mobile hotspot is recommended if the property doesn't have reliable WiFi.

Alternatively, our free iOS app (available on the Apple App Store) works completely offline — no internet required at all. It saves data directly to your iPhone or iPad and includes free CSV export, making it ideal for agents who don't have reliable WiFi at listings.

You own your leads 100%. We prioritize data privacy. Unlike other platforms, we save visitor data directly to your browser's local storage. We do not sell, share, or access your visitor contact information.

Yes — you can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Dashboard. Go to Settings → Subscription and click Manage Billing or Cancel Subscription to open the secure Stripe billing portal, where you can cancel or update your plan and payment method. If you're on a 7-day free trial, your dashboard shows how many days remain — cancel before it ends to avoid any charge. Your next billing date is always displayed in the subscription section. There are no cancellation fees or long-term commitments.
