Free users get 2 insights; Pro users get 60/month; Elite users get unlimited.

For the Pro/Elite web version, the sign-in sheet works offline once loaded — visitor data saves to the device and syncs to the server automatically when you reconnect. You do need internet to initially load the page and to use AI features (virtual staging and location insights). Using your phone as a mobile hotspot is recommended if the property doesn't have reliable WiFi.

Alternatively, our free iOS app (available on the Apple App Store) works completely offline — no internet required at all. It saves data directly to your iPhone or iPad and includes free CSV export, making it ideal for agents who don't have reliable WiFi at listings.

You own your leads 100%. We prioritize data privacy. Unlike other platforms, we save visitor data directly to your browser's local storage. We do not sell, share, or access your visitor contact information.

No download is required — the web version works in any browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) on iPads, tablets, laptops, or phones with no installation. Setup takes less than 60 seconds: just open the website, enter the property address, and hand the device to visitors.

Yes — you can cancel or pause your subscription at any time from your Account Dashboard. Go to Settings → Subscription and click Manage Billing to cancel, or Pause Plan to temporarily freeze your subscription. Your next billing date is displayed right in the subscription section so you always know when you'll be charged. There are no cancellation fees or long-term commitments.

Yes! We accept promotion codes at checkout. If you have a promo code, you can enter it on the Stripe checkout page before completing your purchase. We occasionally offer discounts through our newsletter, social media, and referral program. You can also save by choosing annual billing — Pro drops from $29/mo to $19/mo and Elite from $79/mo to $59/mo.
